ABOUT
I work at the intersection of systems, behavior, and design; translating complexity into clarity.
I’ve always been drawn to how people make sense of things—how we adapt, get stuck, or find workarounds when systems aren’t built with us in mind. That curiosity led me to study psychology, communication theory, and technology through an interdisciplinary lens at the University of Texas at Dallas.
I’ve worked across UX research, service design, and digital strategy—often stepping into messy or ambiguous spaces to uncover what’s working, what’s missing, and what could be better. I’m motivated by making things more understandable and usable—not just for efficiency, but for equity and clarity. My work is driven by a simple question: how can we make systems work better for the people who use them?
